We selected 16 species of broad-leaved trees grown in Japan. We did not include oak or ash because the Japanese market is mixed with lumber from Russia and China. There are tree species that everyone is familiar with, such as the beech trees of the Shirakami mountain range, and there are also tree species that you don't hear much about, such as the ash tree. There are also tree species that are found all around us, such as zelkova and camphor trees, and trees that grow in abundance in the Tohoku region and north. We would like to suggest this product to you so that you can experience the sensation that can only be experienced with the real thing and try to create something new. We do not dare suggest how to use this product. Or rather, I thought that explaining the uses of this product would prevent you from understanding the greatness of solid wood. I also decided not to suggest an age range for which it should be used. Feel the power that can be used by people of all ages. We designed this product with the hope that by comparing the 60mm size and various wood species, you will be able to rediscover new ways to use solid wood.
